Hi, I’m Lynn. I started this blog as a way to help others who may be struggling to find plant-based recipes that suit their specific dietary preferences.
I’ve been vegetarian since 2009, vegan since 2010, and have gradually refined my diet toward more whole foods and fewer processed foods.
After years of experimenting, I’ve finally discovered what fuels me best. The thing is, I found myself making so many adjustments to existing plant-based recipes – removing gluten, oats, sugar, oil, salt and added fat – that it seemed far easier to create my own.
All of my recipes are vegan, gluten-free, oat-free, sos-free (sugar/oil/salt) and nut-free. And all but a select few have no added fat – ground flax being the exception.
